We're a small team. Roles are hands-on. Remote-friendly for the right people; New Mexico preferred for production work.

Creative Technologist

Full-time · Santa Fe / Albuquerque / Remote

Build interactive experiences, tools, and platforms that sit at the intersection of design and code. You’ll ship websites, small apps, and experiments that become products.

  • Strong front-end (HTML/CSS/JS, modern frameworks)
  • Comfortable with design systems and accessible interfaces
  • Interest in generative work, games, or creative coding a plus

Brand & Visual Designer

Contract / Full-time · Remote or On-site

Shape identities, print, merch, and digital assets for clients and our own products. You care about systems that scale and feel specific.

  • Portfolio showing identity, print, and digital work
  • Experience with merch-ready artwork and brand guidelines
  • Collaborative with developers and production

Help expand Surf’s Up, build new interactive pieces, and prototype experiences that live on the web or mobile.

  • Experience with web games, canvas, WebGL, or Unity/Godot
  • Interest in playful, accessible interaction
  • Able to ship playable prototypes quickly

Keep projects moving. Coordinate production, merch runs, events, and the day-to-day that lets creative work actually ship.

  • Comfortable with vendors, timelines, and physical goods
